I grew up in Massachusetts and have spent the majority of my adult life living in Washington. I have been working in private practice as a massage therapist and astrologer for close to 20 years. My other hats have included social worker, radio DJ, editor and food co-op staff. I earned my BA from The Evergreen State College in 1992, concentrating in Anti-oppression and Women's Studies, Environmental Science and Dance. I hold a Masters in Counseling Psychology from St. Martin's University. Besides, private practice, I am also a contract Family Preservation Therapist with Community Youth Services.
To feed my soul, I continue to explore the healing and psychic arts and dance, sing and walk in the woods. My love of nature has brought me to working with the Olympia Coalition for Ecosystems Preservation as a Board member (www.olyecosystems.org). I am also a mother to two distinctive and beautiful children, my greatest gifts and teachers.
